Correcting a company entry

If you represent a listed company and its entry here is wrong, write in and quote what the MOTAC register currently says. This site reproduces that register rather than maintaining its own record, so a correction is applied by re-reading the source: if the register already shows the right details, the next weekly read picks them up. If the register itself is wrong, it has to be corrected at the ministry first, and this site will follow.

Include the licence number. Company names on the register repeat, and the licence is the only field that identifies an entry unambiguously. Send a correction.

Removal from this site

A listed company can ask to be taken off this site entirely, and no reason is needed. Removal is permanent rather than temporary: the company goes onto a suppression list that is checked on every future read of the register, so a later re-scrape will not quietly restore the entry.

Write from an address at the company's own domain, or quote the licence number and the registered telephone as published, so a request cannot be used to delist a competitor. Ask to be removed.

A figure that no longer matches the ministry

Every programme figure on this site names the government page it was read from and the date it was read. If one of them has moved on mm2h.gov.my/, that is worth reporting and it will be checked against the official page rather than against a secondary source. Quote the page you saw it on here and the government page that contradicts it.

What this address cannot do

• It cannot process, lodge, expedite or check an MM2H application. MyMM2H is not a licensed MM2H company and has no standing with the ministry.
• It cannot give immigration, tax or legal advice. Eligibility in an individual case is decided by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, not here.
• It cannot recommend a company. This site does not rank, rate or endorse anyone listed, and placement is not for sale.
