What this site collects

MyMM2H is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising scripts, and does not build a profile of you. If analytics are added later, this page will say so before they go live.

Business details from the public register

Company pages reproduce information the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture already publishes about licensed companies: the company name, licence number, registered office address and business telephone number. These are corporate details on a public government register, not personal data about an individual.

Business email addresses are collected from the register but are not published on this site, to avoid feeding address harvesters. A company that wants its email shown can ask.

Removal

A listed company can ask to be removed from this site entirely, by writing to hello@mymm2h.my. Removal is permanent: the company is added to a suppression list checked on every future update of the register, so a later re-read will not restore the entry.
