The only category that permits business and employment, and the only one with a 20-year pass, at an RM200,000 participation fee.
Fixed deposit USD1 million. Minimum property value RM2 million or above. Pass 20 years, multiple-entry, renewable. Renewal fee RM5,000.. Employment permissible; business permissible.

Platinum is the only category permitting employment, which puts it against a different programme rather than another tier: PVIP asks for income instead of a property purchase.
